ethical labor policy

Effective October 2026 · Last updated October 2026

Sealworks does not use or tolerate forced, bonded, or compulsory labor, child labor, human trafficking, or slavery in any form. All work with us is voluntary, and people are free to leave.

Who this covers

This covers everyone who works with us — employees, partners, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. We share this policy with every employee, partner, and subcontractor, and we expect the same of our suppliers.

What we don't allow

  • Holding or taking anyone's ID or passport
  • Charging people fees to get hired
  • Misleading people about the work, the pay, or the conditions

If something's wrong

If someone doesn't follow this policy, we'll look into it and take action — which may include ending the working relationship.

Report concerns to info@sealworks.com or the U.S. National Human Trafficking Hotline at 1-888-373-7888.

We review this policy each year.
